Realva Technologies operated by Alex Varghese is a FRAUDULENT Company located in Kerala. They promised us SMTP Server for email marketing with Guaranteed Inbox delivery or else a REFUND if theres a failure in their service. The company has cheated us by providing a totally bad Server with less than 10% inbox delivery for the campaign.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES...AS after making your annual payment for their services they will not even respond to your emails. Alex who is the owner of the company has even avoided taking phone calls for any enquiries.

Number one in being the worst. Bad customer relations. Ineffective service. Basically, this company takes your money and then places your website in idle. Sure, they fees are low. While I have ordered fro the herb shack in the past, I will never order from them in the future. The site claims same day shipping. This is far from the truth. They sent me a confirmation email. Three days later they charged my credit card. No tracking info or correspondence of any kind. Don't even try to contact them through "customer Service" on the website, they don't respond. Ordered vinyl pants from them. They're based in Hungary and I live in California.
The delivery was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. I emailed them on the 4th week to ask them about my order. They told me I needed to "be more patient". As the days went by and time passed, they took longer and longer to email me back. They were very condescending.
They apologized for the "sadness of my order" on the 6th week I emailed them (1 email per week) and said they'd look into it. I haven't received my pants yet as of this 6th week. What a pain in the ass to deal with! read full review »

I got the unauthorized charge on my credit card too and countless e-mail messages doesn't get my money back. All they offer is more free points and for what, junk. This was supposed to be an unlocking solution which uses their own software to provide an unlock for any iphone regardless of the firmware installed. After paying for the package I get freely available information and software which is written by hackers who don't charge for it! What a rip-off, and to add insult to injury it doesn't unlock the version of firmware I have installed even though they confirmed by email it does before I purchased. Please do not purchase this product. I ordered over 200.00 worth of products. Nothing fit and the products were cheaply made. I spent 50.00 to return the products, They refunded me 119.00. I was simply fortunate to uncover the scam when the receipient sent me a photograph of the flowers received and for confirmation as I've never sent such ugly and cheap flowers to her for the past one year. The phone does do a few things well. such as the Bluetooth. The camera is poor as you expect with the specifications. Actually, it looks just like the real thing, but the ring is really loud. User interface simple to understand and it is easy to drive. I love the radio option but the camera could be a little better, but say what. Overall 5 stars! After all, this phone is very good for it has a lot of internal memory and very responsive. I would recommend this to my friends and I will also come again to buy more products! read full review »

Customer service number is disconnected (try it for yourself), and UPS can't deliver my sunglass return because there is nobody at the return merchandise address to receive the package. Funny, because they have a "No Hassel Returns Policy" posted on their site, but turns out they don't want returns at all. Rocky Bid.com is a penny auction site that seems to have gone bankrupt and is no longer available on the web. I can't get reimbursed for my unused bids that I paid about $600 for during Aug 2010. This site clained to be undergoing re-structural changes & shut down in Oct 2010 promising to be back in 2 or 3 months with bigger rewards, etc for its customer. I emailed them and after 2 emails, they sent me the required RA# I needed to return the item. I returned the item and haven't heard from them since. I paid $35 for a piece of crap that was dirty and scratched. I can, and will, buy a better one at Target for $8.99. Their rules for returns are so convoluted it turns out not only to be a pain in the neck, but cost 19.50 to return it by UPS (1 lb, same state). They refuse post office returns. Even though I had never heard of them, I found a cheap flight on their site and thought I'd give it a shot. What a waste and a pain. They sent me a confirmation number and everything and then at the bottom (thank goodness I checked) there was a note saying that it did not go through, that they were "having trouble with that airline getting correct flight information."
