Hello I ordered a fairly expensive rug from CSN Rugs. I vacuum about every two weeks; after about 3rd vacuuming I noticed 1) a wear pattern on rug in high foot traffic areas (after 6 weeks?!) and 2) an inordinate amount of fibers being vacuumed out of the rug each time I vacuumed. I thought 1st vacuum or two it was just rug newness, but clearly after 3rd vacuuming there was a problem. I was not lead to a Paypal page and I did not give Paypal the permission to pay the seller nor did I agree to complete the transaction. Ordered the novel network because they advertise ebooks new releases and best sellers for free with a one time $49.95 fee. I fell for her crap. She sent one item to me only months later. Then I ordered 3 more items back in early January of 2011. This is now Feb 8th, 2011 and i have heard nothing about my items. Trend Micro has done the double charging thing again. On Feb 3, they charged $250 US for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge. Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet. Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT OPTICS PLANET!!! They will be nice about telling you that their screw up will take days to weeks to investigate. I purchased a scope, rings and bases from them and they shipped my scope with an invoice showing they shipped the complete order. Now I am stuck they won’t refund my money or ship out the bases.
