Does anyone know if this online retail site just shut down? Did they go belly-up? I see a lot of customers were left hanging, unable to make returns and seeing unaccounted for debts on their credit cards. Ordered the novel network because they advertise ebooks new releases and best sellers for free with a one time $49.95 fee. The new release that are free are public domain and were new releases from 100 years ago! Oh yeah magazines, newspapers they boast it all! What they deliver is disappointment. I fell for her crap. She sent one item to me only months later. Then I ordered 3 more items back in early January of 2011. This is now Feb 8th, 2011 and i have heard nothing about my items. Except she wrote me two letters saying my items were on there way. I have not received them but she has charged my credit card. Her skeme is she doesn`t charge your credit card for the items for the 60 days after you receive them. I haven`t received anything from her. She never dates her letters. Trend Micro has done the double charging thing again. On Feb 3, they charged $250 US for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge. Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet. Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund.
