I am actually not writing a complaint. I ordered a dress from the site on January 22, 2011. I was aware that the company was in China and I was also aware that the dresses were replicas. I placed my order in early November well in advance for Christmas, as yet over 3 months later I have not received my order or a refund. I have constantly emailed, and initally I was told my order was out of stock, this went on until January and now they have said they can no longer get the goods, I have asked for a ful refund but have not got this either. I could never download the product. Several emails to contact them at the support address were never returned all I got was more advertisement as well as offered to buy the products. There is no phone for them to discuss problems with there products I had to go through my credit company to get the number for the bank which eagerly refunded my money that was the only help I received. Please be aware when shopping on Ebay. They guarantee upfront that there will be no charge once full payment is done for purchase from EBAY USA as all taxes etc are included. I have purchased over 12 times and they never charged anything extra. But recently they have started charging without changing the condition on their site. I signed up for a year for Classmates.com using my credit card. The yearly subscription expired in October, 2010 and I NEVER signed up again. Since they had my credit card number, Classmates.com went ahead and used my credit card to sign me up for another year, when I never authorized it. When I made a complaint to my credit card company, they contacted Classmates.com who refused to return the money they illegally took for me. The amount in dispute is $39.00.
