I call to place and order. After the order, I needed to know how much it was cause, it never gave me a total. I called again hoping to speak w/ a Rep and got a recorder stating that I needed to wait 24hr to 48hr to make sure it was in the system. The order was placed on 1/17/2011. I ordered a pair of sneakers and paid immediately via paypal since thats the only way you can pay. I received a confirmation right away and the email said that the sneakers would be mailed within 2 days. After a few days, I emailed customer service to find out when the sneakers would be shipped and they asked me to forward my confirmation email to them. They took £48.00 from me for two applications when cost direct with usa embassy would have been about £18.00 - a clear rip-off. The items are not authentic, the customer helpline is a flower shop, the clothes smell of chemicals, the size label is the same for every country, it has no spyder labels on the sleeve, and they will not refund. We ordered Nike Mercurial superfly soccer shoes from this site. The first time my son put the shoes on the laces ripped through the fabric. My recommendation is to NOT use these people! The 1st time I ordered from them my order never shipped, I called to find out where it was after two weeks, only to learn they hadn't shipped it. I was searching a domain via network solutions, I found it is available when I tired to book I found network solutions charging $36 whereas other site charge $10 only. I visited another site to book the domain and shocked to found that domain is already registered via netowrk solutions, whenever you search a domain in network solution they book the domain immediately so that customer could not buy from another site.
