I did face three problems with DHL Saudi Arabia, in the three cases they lost valuable boxes of my shipments within a year and half. I purchased an HTC Touch Diamond. It has the usual heating problem but after 15 days of use it suddenly died down without any display on the LCD. I took it to the service Centre and they keept it for 4 weeks telling me that parts are expected from HTC. 6 months ago, eight of us living at Jadawel compound near Radwah police station, subscribed to Mobily high speed internet with Mobily 3.5G coverage with speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps according to the company advertisement and the sales people at the store.
