I ordered Gomer Pyle USMC complete set of 9 dvds from Planet DVD, aka Beta DVD series, on 6th April. Supposedly this was an American site. They arrived a fortnight later on the 20th April. When I started watching them it was clearly obvious that they had been recorded from TV. The recording was complete with adverts. I paid $69.90US for this set, which was $76.99AU. Don't even bother wasting your time with any car rentals here. It took several weeks to arrange a replacement car, then had to chase up the car even though was told it would be ready upon dropping car off for repairs...and it wasn't. Was given run around about a car not being available the following morning...when car was due to me. The newsletter encouraged customers to buy big with only a $10 dollar shipping cap on the 30 items listed . Through a live chat window I booked a hire car with Car-Hire-UK. I gave them all my credit card details. After that I googled their company to find this website. I told the person I wanted to cancel the order and he said that I could not do so. I argued that he hadn't confirmed with me that the car rental had been approved, but he told me to check my email. They selected the wrong photo and sent it off to the printers. After the poor photo shoot they don't give a shit about customer service. After they get your money, they take it. They say on their website that they offer retouches, but none of this occurs. Hi I would like to register my dissatisfaction with Telpacifics phone card services and their addition to my growing belief that these cards generate these companies income under false pretenses. Me and a friend went through the drive-thru of the Mcdonalds resturant at Hallett Cove. We were not sastisfied whatsoever. the employees were terribly rude to the customers, the food was not up to qaulity standard and some was forgotten and only half full when given back. No greeting was given when handing the food out to us. the food was not even cooked properly, only about half cooked and we felt sick after eating it. When called up nothing was done to improve the service and I advise you to never enter the store in your life.
