I have been waiting on my taxrefund since september 2009. I have made a number of calls to taxreturnsaustralia whereby they on all occasions informed me that the refund would be deposited into my account shortly. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this site. Only one pair showed up. The site is very up beat about customer service and asks you to email about any problems. I've done this (and used the "contact us" form on their web site) around a dozen times over the last month. They've never responded. Yet again your coverage of sport, or lack of it never ceases to amaze me. I am currently listening to the ladies singles match between Azarenka and Zvonerava online and watching a replay of Williams -v- Stosur on the TV, a match that followed a replay of Tsonga -v- whosoever he was playing. Why are you not showing the live match? Basically, as sports presenters your channel is as pathetic as I have ever come across and this follows on from your useless coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I would like to complain about the poor coverage of the Sam Stosur vs Serena Williams tennis match on 25th January. Whilst it is inconvenient that the game started right at news time, and the showing of the news is fair enough, but it is unbelievable that Channel 7 would then not go straight back to the tennis at the end of the news. I really enjoy watching the tennis especially when the aussies are playing. Today however because of a men's match that lasted just under 4 hours the following woman's match with Samantha Stosur was on for approximately 5 mins before they took it off to play the news. Dear Sirs I followed the AD about internet security through my free AVG antivirus and I decide to buy it. I bought it on 16.1.2010 aweek ago the supposed cost showed to me in AD was $54.99 which is supposed to be Australian dollars but the invoice I received later says US dollars which is not agreed upon. Just a heads up about one company in China.They go by these 3 names: Idea inflatables or Empire Inflatables or Jumping Fun They are a very poor manufacturers of Inflatables and do not honour warranty for their products if you buy from them. I have been watching the Australian Open for the last three days. Channel 7's coverage of the tennis is excellent however, i am amazed by the amount of mistakes made with the on-screen scoring. 10-15 times per match the score chart awards points to the wrong player or will show that the wrong player has just won a game. Not only is the scoring wrong but the technician in charge of the scoring takes a very long time to remedy the situation!! I bought a mansfield duel drill for a christmas present. I received the drill on october 27th 2009. I then wrapped the present, in good faith, thinking that all parts would be inside the box.The battery was missing when my boyfreind opened his present. As you can understand the drill is useless.
