I ordered Windows 7 Pro through the student discount from ItsNotCheating.com.au for AU$49.95 + DVD Backup AU$14.00 (total AU$63.95) and received the product key. On my Visa Debit card statement i have a charge of AU$63.95 as well as a charge of AU$49.95 from DRI*STUDENTOFFICEAU ORDERFIND.COM. We too were scammed - we ordered the Judging Amy series. We received it but all are pirated copies - most dont work and the ones that do are poor copies with ads that miss the beginning of episode. I have tried emailing them for months to no avail. Have had a dispute in with NAB bank since 5/5/09 who told me today that because i have not returned the item, the money cannot be refunded and now it is too late to take further action. I contacted Ebay because they were a link from them and they said they have no control over the links on ebay sites. NO ONE takes responsibility. Optus, like other Australian mobile carriers, traps users into excessive charges by giving delayed billing information and refusing to show on your mobile "remaining uasage" in dollars and cents, that would allow the user to stay within the cap and the budget. After having my broadband disconnected due to a relocation I was told by Optus that I could still access my Optusnet account for 90 days (read only) could not send. After 6 days the access was totally cut off and despite calling them I was advised nothing could be done about it once the service was stopped by them. I too was fooled by this scam. I put in my details for the apparent one off payment and they charged me for the $1.95 or whatever it was then they started taking out about $50-60 each month. I went to my bank and their fraud dept were looking into it and refunded me the money for 3months worth.
