We bought a mobile phone nokia 6120 classic (serial no. 359850016367521) on 18thAugust from K. M Trading Sharjah (Tel 06 5628634)and after using it for four days we found the mobile screen is getting heat. I bought the above mobile set from sharaf Digital shop in Burdubai on 06 May 08. The problem of the set is, I cannot even make 4 to 5 calls after fully charged the battery. Dubai Barcklays bank has become a nightmare to me ever since my company transferred our salaried accounts to Barcklays Bank. Right from day 1 i am facing the problem with them & no one is ready to help me out. One major issue happened is, I had swiped my debit card for DHS 6000 & the transaction was declined agian card for was swiped for the same amout & transaction was declined, but when I checked my account balance they have debited the amount for both the transactions. I am a new subscriber of AL Shamil Network. I applied on 3rd Sept 20o8 and on 4th or 5th I got a call saying that the technician would be visiting me. The technician came on 6th and installed te modem and the network was available till Sunday the next day till 11 am after which it dissapeared. They have a customer care no 101 which is of no use to the customers because they are unable to solve anything. Their system shows that the tecnician has been handed the modem and is not updated.
