On taking closer inspection of my bank statements a DD payment of £19.95 showed as being taken from my account since January 2011. This was being paid to a company called creditscore matters. I have never opened an account with this company. When I complained and supplied my personnel details including address they have advised that they cannot find any membership details relating to me. I have spoken to a number of other people who have had the same experience. This internet site is still active and still cancelling rooms leaving customers no alternative but to pay again for accomodation. Wonderlandhotels do not answer phonecalls or emails.
