However when I have tried to cancel my order I cannot do so. I have tried calling the number on numerous occaisions but cannot get through to anyone. Avast.Click-To-Download.Com - Stupidly subscribed to yearly membership of £17.88, received email receipt for £63.52. I tried to contact the numbers on the webpage and have sent various emails with no response. I have not had access to any software, or received a welcome email as promised. I have contacted my bank and the dispute department are trying to cancel the subscription. The funds have been taken from my bank account but is unlikely to be retrieved. In December last year we hired a car and they offered a meet and greet service at the airport. In the car park we signed in good faith the receipt of 600 gbp deposit and 70 gbp for fuel. I joined VirginActive in NOv 07. Paid the monthly fee plus joining fee (£90) staff were so busy they didn't have time to give me an induction to the equipment. I read the complaints about FASTHOSTS web hosting services too late to prevent what I consider fraudulent charges to be taken from my credit card. The service is terrible. They take subscription payments and fail to record on your account. Onlyafter proof-of-payment, and considerable effort and expense on phone, do they activate the account. On 19th January Sales assistant told us the console table (costing £305 inc delivery) would be delivered end Feb beginning March. Paperwork arrived stated the courier service would contact us by 4th APRIL (delivery after that date when in my area).
