We've moved to Australia and tried to get some boxes shipped over (small boxes with personal items in). Took 6 weeks to get the account set up in the first place, then finally organised a date for pick-up - the driver never turned up. I received the book specified on 3/12/10 and an hour later rang Readers Digest Customer Services for it to be collected. I was asked why I wanted to return it and I said that I had had a quick look and already had some of the receipes; also that the spine of the book was broken in transit.
