I was checking in Heathrow Airport last week. While no one from the airline I was flying with was at the desk, I was asked to check in at the Emirates Airline counter. The staff from Emirates Airlines took my details and insisted that I had to pay 200 quid for changing my flight. I have been getting charged £15 a month by quick credit score for nothing. I've tried cancelling the payments at the bank but they said there's nothing they can do short of closing the account and re-opening a new one. This is highly inconvenient. Their attitude is they work there for their own benefit not the customer. I got fed up with searching the web for a Tesco complaints department, they don't have one.
