On 20/08/2010 an Autoglass engineer came to my place of work to replace a cracked windscreen. Having removed the cracked windscreen he discovered a small (1cm square) area of rust in one corner. As a consequence Autoglass refused to either fit a new windscreen or replace the old one. They explained that the small area of rust may cause the windscreen to crack again in the future. I took a loan from welcome finance, or should I say was tricked into buying a car from carcraft. Just a warning to anyone thinking of sending their gold items off for valuation to postgoldforcash.com, (the one with Anne Diamond on the TV adverts.) They advertise they will pay double anyone else valuation, but it's just a con. I sent an item to them, having had the item valued already at just under £300. They rang me and offered £91.00!!
