Global Vantage must earn money for the number of phone calls they make! I am very angry and disappointed with the advertising of the Norbreck Castle Hotel. I booked the hotel after seeing pictures of a very clean, spacious and well presented rooms with good decour and excellant bathroom. I flew with Emirates on 29th Jan to Ausralia. This was my 9th flght and have always ben hapy with them, hence my loyalty. BUT, I will never fly with them again. This trip was terrible. Flight was delayed for 24 hours, no staff around to ask questions, the lack of communication was worring.
