After spending an absolute fortune in my local woking store and online this xmas and having recently had a baby, with a kitted out toys r us bedroom, i am appalled by the so called CUSTOMER SERVICE.! Today I went up to my local Asda's customer service in order to get my Asda Mobile's content block lifted, as I couldn't confirm my identity over the phone due to not having a credit card. The person serving simply told me that they wouldn't deal with such a problem because she "doesn't know anything about mobile phones". We rented a flat from Legacy Development. We lived there for more than a year. When we decided to move out, we gave them the required one month notice and left the flat at the end of the term. Despite all this, they deducted the next month"s rent from our account. We were paying by direct debit and despite the termination of the contract they did not delete it. I thought this was a reliable site, didnt know to check this out took it in good faith and purchased 5 sets of ghd styling irons. Only 3 have come and from the address I thought they would come from the uk but in actual fact they came from china and when I tried to registar these they are fake all 3 sets have the same code. I am still waiting for the other 2 sets. I have now recieved my credit card bill and they have charged me for the 5 sets but also an additional £13. I went to my local Londis shop as I often try to promote local businesses by using their services. I had gone to buy 40 stamps for christmas cards which I wanted to send out within the city and I needed to send 2 air mail stamps for cards being sent abroad. This company has taken over £800 from me & my partner & has not provided any wardrobes for us or given a refund. They promised to refund us however after many excuses we are still awaiting payment 5 months later despite having taken them to the small claims court which has amounted to nothing as they have registered their company to a bogus address. I ordered a pair of ugg boots from this site on 17/11/09 and payment was taken immediately despite a message telling me that the payment had not gone through. I also received an automated e-mail confirming order and telling me to pay to complete transaction. I still have not received any boots and replying to their e-mail has resulted in nothing. I bought this online back in July 2009. I eventually got it to work, then a fault came up saying, in effect, that the system could not work properly because Signature Files are missing. It is impossible to update Identity Patrol because of this fault. I've sent them emails asking for advice but they just ignore you, or send back automated emails saying they'll help but they never do. You would be mad to pay for this crap service!
