After that i have not recieved a letter, phone calls or message. They have not made an effort to contact me in anyway. I tried contacting them but they always make me wait on the phone for hours. The result is that i spent nearly £60 more on calling them. I have recieved a result yet. I am still waiting for a response. Hidden charges. Can YOU find "daily maintenance charge" on their website? But there is one. When you learn about it, can their laughably misnamed "customer service" center (even if you can follow a heavily Indian accent, no blame on the employee concerned but we weren't all born there) tell you how much it is, even when you tell him the brand name of the card and the country you are calling from and the one you want to call to? NO. I could go on. And on. And ON. MY advice: AVOID LYCATEL CARDS. AT ANY PRICE. read full review »
