Bought Ugg boots from this site on November 4th. First they charge your card shipping without letting you know until after. Second after canceling within 24 hrs the refund never came. This company took over 1500 dollars from our family to refinance our home. We were in contact with Jeff Brooks and all of a sudden didn't hear from him anymore. And you know, when you arrive at a site that has a fake "verified secure" badge right at the top of the front page, warning bells should go off, right there and then. The site looks good, and has good deals on the face of it. However, I placed an order on 9th July and was promised delivery on 21st (awaiting stock). Nothing received or heard by 10 August so contacted them and was promised delivery would be prioritised and sent on 17 August. This website is definitely dishonest. I bought the Monk 8 season boxed set which came out of China and season 8 was definitely copied from the ABC network as it shows right on the screen.
