We purchased travel insurance for a Princess Cruise August, 2010. We paid for the trip and travel insurance 6/4/10. Then, shortly after that, I began having inflammation in my stomach area. Our microwave quit working. We called A&E appliance repair on the advice of Kitchen Aid, the manufacturer. They missed the first appointment, showed for the second and 'diagnosed' the problem. Asher White does not follow through on his work. He never calls back or does his work and you must consitently stay on top of him and do his work for him. You are paying him yet you end up do everything for him. He shows very little respect for his clients and he only gives you time when he wants you to finally pay him. I have written several letters to the cruiseline concerning an injury my son suffered on the ship "Glory" . We signed a REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT with this company by Mike/Eddie Hasset (account manager). I regularly took horseback riding lessons with Tricia Aldridge between July 2009 and March 2010. While she seems to be a competent instructor; my experience with her has proven to me that she is an unethical and unprofessional businessperson. They actually had a recording for their support team and it disconnected the listener while their support lines were supposedly open. I was dealing with a "tax Specialist" Matt Lewis or Matthew Lewis and he sold me on a service he referred to by name of "Offer in Compromise" I owed the IRS 100k from my construction company.
