I have lived here at Woodlake Apartment homes for 1 1/2 years. The furnace is a hot water furnace and the heat comes from the hot water heater. The first winter (Illinois) here I noticed that I did not have any hot water for anything but the furnace to heat the apartment. No shower, dishwasher, laundry usage. I was charged for the same purchase 8 times! I only received on confirmation. I have filed a fraud claim with Wells Fargo to remove all but one of the pending purchases. I have purcahsed National Rodeo Ticket from Desert Tickets (2) different times. The first time, me seats were at the very top of the row for the event. I thought this was just bad luck.
