I purchased a dog stroller 2 months ago. I use it on the weekends. To fold the stroller downwards, the zipper must be used each time. This wears & tears the zipper. I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them. I ordered a Moncler jacket from this site. Moncler Chamonix for $495. The jacket was sent from China and is a fake. I can tell because I own 3 other Moncler jackets. I recently bought a dvd boxset from this so called "business", they said in their advertisement, great quality, commercial free, yadda yadda, and they don't tell you where they are located when asked.
