The lack of service is incredible. I'm a loyal Guitar Center customer and have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I dropped a guitar off over a month ago. I paid $10, 000 for repairing the basement leaking, however PermaDry Waterproofing never get the project completed. I was requested to cut the sheet rock and then the frame of the wall and found the wet situation happens, then call their office to come. Free trial for 10 days is a scam. I ordered the product on 10/04/10 on internet. Product was shipped on 10/7 and arrived on 10/11. Credit card was billed on 10/14 for $87.13. Purchased RepairMaster 5 year warranty at the time of purchasing KitchenAid KERS807ss range. Two and a half years later we had some water boil over on the stovetop. On more than one occasion claims were submitted to Delta Dental of Rhode Island and on more than one occasion there was a refusal to pay with tons of double talk on their part. A claim was made for the balance of orthodontia work. It's terrible. First of all it's a pyramid scheme in that it is 100% commission based. You also have to buy from them in order to sell so you might end up losing! In Aug of 2010 I got into a wreck with my 05 Acura TSX. Other drivers insurance called the next day and told me they would take 100% fault. Props to USAA for excepting fault so quickly. Mr. London sent a sample of wine data base (wine product information) to me. He and I agreed to terms of buying the assumed database sample. I wire transferred the money.
