I began receiving these same phone calls yesterday. They called me several times at work and on my cell phone. The persons name on my report is David Jones. They did send me a fax last night telling me how much I supposedly borrowed from Advance Cash USA. I admit I have taken a payday loan out, but never from this company. Giant Eagle Retail stores in Ohio do not train us well at all. Then the customer gets mad when things take time, and myself as an employee has to take the abuse of the customers. Dropped off watch for battery replacement on Oct 11th. We were told it would be done in about 2 weeks. We called in week 3 when we didn't have it. Clerk said it shouldn't take that long and would get back to us. Clerk never called back. Called again in week 4. Manager said it shouldn't take that long and said he would check and call back. Found a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement. I have never heard of or visited any such website. Upon googling "cerbman*healthforever" I found numerous complaints of the same nature and that their company is now known as fitfactory. They somehow have my credit card information and an old email address of mine and have charged me for no products but simply access to their site which is frankly ridiculous. Apex Solutions, LLC They said I purchased a 14 day trial and agreed to certain terms. I did not agree to a trial and they want me to pay $139.87 or it will be turned over to a collection. Someine else had posted the ex Las Vegas, Nevada I received a letter saying I had agreed to a 14 trial for Home Business Secrets and I was past due on the amount of $139.87. This website makes it seem like it is based in Austin, Texas and sells cars that are reposessed at a fraction of the price it would cost to purchase a similar car through a used car dealer. Once you click on a link to purchase a car you are given instructions to send cash via moneygram to a contact in Texas to start the shipping process of the car you purchased. In actuality there is no car and no dealership in Texas. Since Sedo manage the adverts on the parking page, its an easy way for setting up a passive income stream on domains that are currently without websites. The pigeon drop scam is another "pay money to get money" scam, but slightly different from the 419 scams which started before the 90s. I highly recommend that everyone backs out of this program. My friend and I were both scammed. I lost my original investment of $406 + $250 in earned interest over a 15 day program. The bank has reported several of its customers complaining of receiving automated phone calls raising an alert against their accounts. Smooth talking scam artist by the name of Anthony Miller was caught by the police last year, and a GPS tether was attached to his ankle. A few days ago, the police lost track of him after he cut off the tether, and a warning message was issued to keep a lookout for this guy. This firm sold me damaged goods and then refused to accept a return because of their "policies." I placed an order with Empire Covers on 10/14/10 for $62.96. Empire Covers shipped us wrong merchandise. I immediately called them and was told the covers are discontinued so they couldn't ship a replacement. They said as soon as I completed the online return form I would receive a prepaid mailing form to ship back the merchandise. It was the first time to buy from that website and going to be the last. I bought MS Office and paid for it and never received it. They charged initially $8 for shipping and later requested an additional $20 and held the shipment until I paid the additional $20. These things retail for $180 usually and I know first hand the actual wholesale cost of an NBA jersey is typically over $60 so I'n not too sure how these can really be authentic. These people are idiots!! I ordered from here and the way that they process their orders is stupid. You place your order then three days later they send you an invoice to confirm the order. Then you have to pay through AlertPay but you have to wait for them to request the money. After a week and a half of waiting just to process your order they ship your order and if what you ordered wasn’t available of course they don't tell you until after you've paid therefore they give you a credit. Some months back i ordered a trial pack, but they took about 2 weeks to deliver, and when it did arrive i decided to send it back in the same condition as it was not as described(different model!
