This is an old complaint but consumers should know that some of the wood flooring that they sell for kitchen use does not hold up and they have a terrible customer service department that will not look at damage to offer assistance. Lonestar leak detection came out 3 times to try to diagnose and repair our pool leak and charged us twice for complete diagnostic and tried 3 times to fix the leak. our pool still leaks and under repair warranty but now they will respond to my calls .
