We have 42" DLP HD TV from Samsung. It is about 3 years old. Now, it has nothing but white pixels all over the screen and we cannot watch TV. I have filed a compalaint with Trenton NJ Better Business Bureau as Samsung North American Headquaters in located in Ridgefield Park, NJ. I have not heared anything from both organizations. Samsung Technial Support wanted us to pay $135 even to look at the set and determine whether it is covered or not. They also told my wife, that this model is on their defective list fixed. I purchased 4 pairs of pants (2 jeans and 2 cords) for my teenage daughter 3 weeks ago on 10/23/2010. I have the original receipt, but my daughter removed the tags. I washed one pair of jeans and discovered 2 medium size holes in the back of one of the legs. My daugther wears a uniform to school, so she only wears the jeans on weekends. This was listed as a free virus scan and it did that, but then installed itself on my computer and would not uninstall. Then they would not tell me how to get it off. I was feeding my dog and remembered the blue comparison commercial and i decided to have a look. Everpet wasn't even on the list. I have had a terrible time dealing with a blacksmith named Jake Beimler. I have had to call the police on him, as well as my attorney, as he tried to not send me an $80 ulu I bought for my son. I still don't have it, but the girlfriend says it has been sent. We'll see. My personal opinion is that he is a liar and a thief, and it was only through extreme effort on my part that the girlfriend seems to have responded.
