This web site claims they will deliver your item in minutes 24/7. Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. After placing the order i was told they needed time to deliver the item, fair enough. After a full day order was still not delivered. Filed PayPal dispute and received refund. It sold me a 2010 Kaspersky Internet Security license that is pirated and used over 32 times. I contacted technical support of Kaspersky and had them check the license that was sold to me and they gave me the information above. I have written the vendor EZ Web Solutions (there seem to be other companies with the same name), but I haven't heard from them and I don't anticipate hearing from them anymore. I was enrolled in this club unknowingly by responding to an internet ad for colocurusa.com where they offered a free 30 day trial of the product. Ordered a frigidaire gas range from buyersedge.com. Called and specifically asked about finish (silver mist vs. stainless steel). Was assured by Victor in customer service that silver mist was stainless steel. I bought some jwh-250 from this company, and requested a tracking number. they took my money, sent a receipt vie e-mail, and after 4 months never sent a tracking number, never sent the package, and would not respond to any emails or inquires via their website where it says they will respond in 24-48 hours. eventually i just reported this to alertpay, and they cheerfully refunded my money immediately. i suggest nobody deal with these guys, but if you do not believe, then good luck to you :D read full review »

This site is a scam!! I was sent fake shoes from China. There was 100% refund policy if not satisfied. I sent back the shoes, they declared they never recieved them back although after a royal mail investigation, they were proved to be returned in December - 4 months ago. Please do NOT buy any Ugg boots from buybootsnow. It is a complete scam. Both my sister and I bought boots from this place and they are 100% fake. We tried to send them back with no reply. They came from China with no box and no authenticity card. I have real Uggs and the bottom doesn't even match. They also smelled awful. The first mistake was paying with Paypal. I purchased a Nintendo DS product, my account was debited and then I heard nothing for 11 days. I emailed 5 times requesting confirmation of my order, as the website stated I would receive. 12 days after making purchase and making payment I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I asked why they replied 'order from another website'. So they are happy to take your money, but good luck getting the product. Do not, under any circumstance purchase from this site. I ordered from this site, they took my money immediately. Then they replied to no emails at all, and there were loads, the products never arrived. The phone just kept ringing and ringing and eventually a message said "there is no-one to take your call and the mailbox is full". False Advertising - Busforsale.com has a web site for entertainer buses and the photos look great. When you get to their location outside of Nashville, Tn., their buses don't look like the photos on the web site. Crappy customer service. Poor communication. When an item was delivered defective and sent back with the transport company, they stuck me with the delivery bill and informed me that they will not be sending me replacement parts. This company steals sales from you. If you are in the "lead" (a lead is when you canvas a house and get an appointment) NEVER generates into a sale. The leads never come up on the print out sheet.
