This is what CALIFORNIA CLEAN FUELS does when you use thier station. You use the pump for natural gas then if your purchase is for $14.00 max like it is for my car they put a pending transaction on your credit card for 70+ dollars till they get thier money. I placed an order with this store on 4/24/2010. I received an immediate order confirmation. Then I didn't receive anything until 5/5/2010 when they sent an email that my order had supposedly shipped. I signed up for an internet based online training course that was suppose to be a 30 hour course. I've thus far spent over 52 hours on it and still am not half way finished. We hired Protax to reduce our property taxes. After talking with the assessor’s office today, the tax relief Protax claim on their letter was not due to any contact by this company.
