Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever visited. Here's my story: I recently bought a new 2011 Mini Copper for my daughter. After a month, the plastic cover on the sun visor broke off. I setup appt at South Motors to replace, and after dropping off car, waited 2 hours to be told the part needed to be ordered. Germania Insurance has a dishonest adjuster in Seminole, Texas. He made a house call, examined the claim information, called us twice and submitted information that included one call from plumbers, when there were two calls made to our home. I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working. I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy. I have left messages, just like they instruct, and I have yet to hear back from them. I thought since this was a new company they would at least have good customer service so they could actually compete with the more well known brands, but no. Is it normal or legal for a tree company to start charging you the minute they call you and are on their way and then talk to you for a half an hour once they arrive? Like others, this company completely scammed me, they never sent the demo lenses then refused to return them as they said I didnt include them in the return. When I called they said they would speak to a supervisor and call me back, instead they sent the return back to me and have made no effort to satisfy this complaint. Numerous customers purchased bus tickets online from NYC to Dc. The tickets were for select dates and times which were confirmed by the company. When we arrived they advised they cancelled all the early bus schedules and we would all have to wait 2.5 hrs. Dental office from HELL! I can not stand the way they manage their office. They call continuing care every week, it seems like. Too much additional fees like: sterilization fee, adding additional porcelain to crowns, charging a full series of x-rays when they only took four x-rays. This place is a scam and seems to be money hungry. When calling the office the front person always places you on hold or says that she will call you back to discuss your account; weeks will go by and nothing.
