Attorney Larry Handley of the Handley Law Firm was a nightmare for me. I filed a complaint against him with the Attorney Disciplinary Board. The Attorney Fee Arbitration Committee significantly reduced my bill by nearly $1700 because of his errors and unfair charges. Doctorfunds.com and their "V.P. of finance" Greg Lemay were supposed to help find financing for my medical practice. Once they "found" a lender I had to send them $2500 to have the lender get in touch with me. The "lender" in question was told that the loan that I needed was for debt consolidation and not for the operating capital that I actually asked for. Stay away run fast, broken promises and overcharges. Gives one fee but at closing SURPRISE! charges obsured junk fees no other attorney does double the amount. Thieves in our communities. Do not work for Wells Fargo. You are terminated when you receive during customer telephone survey questions 4 - Excellent and 1- Good at each survey. Customers are wondering why there are always new employees, existing staff is scared. You will not be told the questions asked, just the result. Rite-Aid Bakersfield CA In Dec 2008 around 7PM I was at a recently opened Rite-Aid Location in California and upon exiting the store, stepping from a very brightly lit store into a very dark walk way and parking lot, I tripped over an unmarked curb and fell. I had an insurance check sent to me. My son illegally forwarded my mail and got hold of this check. He took the check to PLS in Irving on N. Beltline Rd. where they cashed the check for him. The Name on the check was very different from my son's name, but they cashed the check anyway. I filed a forgery case with the police and gave plenty of proof to PLS that the check was cashed illegally. The management said that the apartments were upgraded, when moved we found that the flooring was uneven. The whole apartment was infested with roaches, they kept on sending pest control but still we face the problem.The pest problem is a big one. It is seen in other apartments too. I reanted a house from Mrs.Rose Villaneva and she scamed me by taking 1600 dollars for a cleaning deposit but she never cleaned the house. I ordered a trial offer, supposedly for the cost of shipping and handling, only to find that I ended up being signed up for monthly charges of $87.00 and change. I called and told them I never agreed to this and was told "you should read the small print" and they refused to refund the money to my account. I don't recall reading anything saying I would be on the monthly shipping and charge account. If I had known that was the case I would not have even bothered to order a trial. Beware of Krishna Kishore Vepuri who preys on single woman on matrimonial websites. He is a big cheat, he is married with two kids but he says he is divorced. He apparently cheated several women. On 6/10/10, The manager Robert (refused to give last name) and his associate Neria refused to accept and ship a UPS package with pre-printed label because "We don't make any money off pre-printed UPS labels." I expressed disagreement with Robert for charging $1.00 to tape two ends of the package closed when I'd already paid $20 to ship the item with UPS. I get hit with a charge from some company using the name Garazh Dneprov NAB Kiyev for 137.81 + 4.13 international Trans Fee and no phone number listed on my bank statement like there was with blazing words.
