Company will call you and tell you they were referred to you by Microsoft and that Microsoft notified them that you have malware and viruses. They then proceed to tell you that you need to download their software and install it. They only have your name and number but have no other information. I was VERY clear I wanted to try one order and one order only. They still enrolled me in auto delivery for 90 day supplies at a time for a muriad of products. The products made me break out. Now I am told that I needed to call in (2) two times in order to stop receiving their product line. I sent it back and never saw a credit on my bill 5 weeks later. I always bought Sears Easy Living paint and bragged about it to everyone. I recently bought ceiling paint, wall paint and semi-gloss for woodwork. The wall paint was fine. However, the ceiling paint was thick like paste and took a whole gallon to cover an approximately 12 x 15 ceiling. The semi-gloss did not shine at all. On 3/22/10, I spoke with a salesperson at Defender Direct regarding a security system. After speaking with this salesperson for about 45 minutes, I gave him my credit card number and the 3-digit code on the back. I could tell by his voice and some of the things he said that he was offended with our conversation. My wife and I have been on the phone with 2-10 customer service for hours addressing an garbage disposal issue. The issue is that the thing doesn't work properly. What they told us is that if it turns on it works and you are not suppose to put food down a garbage disposal and any clog that occurs is entirely our fault because of negligence. I found these people on eBay and tried them out with one Super 8 film to DVD. I got the DVD in about three weeks, and the DVD was perfect. So, I sent them 13 reels of super 8 film for transfer to DVD outside the eBay interface. I sent them a personal check for $130.00.
