I had an awfull experience with this company. Some of the blinds that was installed was not working. and i had just tried to get by with them. One day it stopped going up and staying there. Customer Service - I always had to make the phone calls to see if or when they were coming. Then they cut our cable wire when installing the fence and I was told they would call to get it repaired and we did not have to be home (which was not correct) We ended up calling the repair company and we did have to be home and miss a day of work. The owner, Nick lied to me. He told me the car was a great daily driver and it almost overheated on the way home due to multiple issues including a bad carb. I had the car repainted because he told me that he had a great bodyshop. He said they would sand off the blue and repaint black. He sent it to MAACO and the blue is still showing through even after them supposedly fixing it. Mr. Augustine sold us a 3+ year old corporation, which he was to acquire, and then he was to build a PayDex score of 80+ in our name and acquire ~$50K cash lines of corporate credit for the company. Faxes I send for additional information on charges I have already used my FSA card are recieved. Faxes I send for money I paid out of pocket and they are supposed to reimburse me for magically disappear. How irresponsible does a company have to be to lose my protected health information? I am happy to see people posting complaints about College Kitty Cattery Cindi Schroeder. We paid alot of money for a kitten with a runny eye and snotty nose. The kitten had a sneezing fit the minute we got in the car! Our vet said it was the herpes virus, and that cats can never get rid of the virus so the kitten will always be sick off and on through it's life. I have never been treated so poorly or with such disrespect by a Dr. who was rated in the Top 10 best Eye doctors in NYC. He only seemed to care about doing surgical procedures, not about helping me care for my eyes. Moreover, when he mispronounced my last name, which is jewish, I felt an anti-semetic tone for the rest of my visit. I guess I can't say he was a racist, because the only color he sees is green! I am a college & MBA graduate, so I know enough math to be better than dangerous. I signed up my twins for dreambox's k-3 math, which is supposedly personalized to both of them. First of all the company required a credit card for a "free trial" (huh?) -- that should have been a warning sign itself. Then they actually charged my credit card!!! Peoples Bank charges a standard $8.00 monthly maintenance fee. For using their issued MASTER MONEY debit card an additional $1.00 montly fee. For using a NON-PEOPLES ATM, $2.50 per withdrawal (in addition to surcharges from ATM). All of these fees are taken out in a 7 day "window" from your checking account (i.e. '3rd week of the month'). Authorize.net operates with unethical practices. I could not load their product to my website and they started billing me without clear communication. Their website is not user friendly. Their fees are not communicated very well, if they were I would not have been so surprised when a debit to my brand new business checking account hit.
