I called Polycom customer support to ask about interop with other phones. Every other IP phone displays video immediately as soon as they receive it, but polycom phone have a delay of 3 seconds. I purchased a Kenmore ceramic stove in 2007 recently I have noticed that the element light will not shut off and my oven is not heating up like it should. I purchased from Sears because they were so highly rated with Consumer reports. My stove is only 5 years old and I am so disappointed that this has happened we are going to have to pay $129.00 for a service call that does not include any parts that we need. The owner of the website recently did an upgrade that changed the site. Users lost a lot of things that were enjoyed on the old site and more and more bugs keep popping up with the new upgraded site. I ordered a part on 5/27/2011 and paid for it by PayPal, I received a shipping notification on 5/30/2011 that the part had shipped. When I didn't receive the part in a few days I tracked the shipment through the USPS, they had never received it.
