I contracted with Jennifer to make calls for my company back in November of 2009. However, I came to find out the calls were not being made and let her know that I placed a stop payment on the check that was mailed out. Jennifer said she understood and would not cash the check. I have received a letter from UBI Payment Services reguarding a $5, 000 check for some contest that I never entered. All the letter asks is that I verify my name and adress and aswer this simple question: 20+5=?. No further Identification is required of me. I too made the mistake of going to Precision Vision in Acton. My progressive bifocals were not made correctly. Everything was distorted, warped and off. I FELL DOWN TRYING TO WALK WITH THEM ON and there was no way I could drive. When I took them to another optician, he informed me one lens was 4 mm off. Unacceptable in my opinion. My husband and I, we bought a dinnette and hutch set worth more than $2, 500.00. I called Ultra Shield's office to log surface water damage on the dining table and a crack on the side of the leaf, to extend the table. The facade of the glass hutch has oak panels which is part of the hutch decor and it is warped. We paid a 5-year warranty for this dinette set and they refused to repair. I have tried to cancel my order with this company for the last 3 months and they keep sending me their product. That's 300.00 worth of money they got without canceling my order. I went to my bank and filled out a form to stop the automatic withdrawels, but somehow they managed to get another months worth of money.
