My huband and I also have the misfortune of having to deal with 21st Century Mortgage. The company have the laziest bunch of business professionals I have ever dealt with. i am a buisness owner and I have used this credit card processing company for a few years now. During the past two weeks I changed my marketing stratagey and increased my sales 300%. We waited weeks to get our new Wheaten puppy. My kids were so excited. Right away he had horrible diarrhea.
