On 12/14/09 we recieved a letter from NCE stating that the State of NY had issues orders that American Medical Life Insurance Co., the insurance company that underwites the health plan, will discontinue offering it's insurance to members that reside in the State of New York, effective 1/1/2010. I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra GLS sedan. I am very disappointed with it cosmetically. Within the first year the armrest cover came off because too little fabric was used to secure it. Now, the fabric on both rear door liners has come off due to the same reason. The dealer assessed that the doors had been abused. My experience with Cordell & Cordell was not good and I would not recommend them! Ms. Gita Etemadi, eBay seller, sold me a bracelet in late July 2009. Soon thereafter I inquired if I could return it. Ms. Etemadi agreed to accept the return. When she received it in the mail, Ms. Etemadi ignored my subsequent e-mails and eventually said flat out that she was not going to refund my $145. I twice emailed them (waiting through two billing cycles) to complain that the credit hadn't shown up. They reported back that they were "updating" their charge system and would send me a check.
