My husband and I met with Jeff at the Florida Executive Search in October 2008. After a couple of meetings (some of which were rescheduled many times by them) it wasn't until February 2009 they had a resume they prepared for us. The resume was so bad, I had to rewrite it. i have spent thousands of dollars in our local kmart to find out in a year or two that their products are not worth paying for. a t.v we bought two years ago is now not turning on. this produce should work longer than two years. the u.s. people are tired of paying for stuff that other countries wouldn't think of buying. we are older people, so its not like we have children playing with it. years ago, products would last longer than one or two years. appliance are not cheap. maybe we should back up our produces or sell better products. thank you for this opportunity to complain, but again i wish you bigger stores would sell better products. read full review »

I was given a price of $380.00 for one pair of single vision and one pair of progressive bifocals including exam. They refused to give me the price for just one pair of either kind. After asking 3 times with no answer I asked for a copy of my prescription. I was told because I wasted so much time "Hemming and hawing" the doctor was gone and could not sign it. Now I am being bombarded with automated voice mail advertising from unpublished number and they will not take me off the list. I called to get some info as to were I would stay in Lake Tahoe and they wouldn't tell me until I gave them a $50.00 deposit. I would like to know my options of hotels and if I can stay at South shore or North. I don't think its out of reason to have this info before I send money. We purchased 2 Philip Stein watches while on a Princes Cruise at their "recommended stores" on 2 separate locations; Barbados and St. Lucia. The number that I was able to get through on to cancel this account was different to the one in the terms and conditions. It was 866-481-8192. As I was calling from Australia, the international code was 0011-1. Managed to cancel my account thank goodness. I had to try a few times: the first time I got disconnected immediately; second time I got disconnected after about a minute and the third time I got through after being on hold for about 4 minutes. i contacted grant 360 for information on grants when I tried to access the site I was directed to I received a message "user name invalid".I tried to get help with this problem but got no response when I received my bank statement I saw a charge for 57.61 for grant 360 when I contacted them I was told that I had not canceled in time when I subbmited a refund request explaining that I could not access the site my request was ignored to charge me for 1 month subscription when the problem was theirs is unreasonable also the basic site is misleading it does not clearly state that the 1.95 charge is for a one day trial only read full review »

I did a survey for a 1000 retail card plus another 500 if you did a special offer. The requirements were to complete 6 offers. The first 4 offers were not bad, but when i got to the last 2, there were only 3 choices. The first choice was a wedding dress store. You had to spend 2000 to get credit. The second choice was a vacation, you had to spend 1800 to get credit. The third choice was a train trip for 1600 to get credit. Having pulled my cell phone number from my listing on Autotrader.com this company continues to have automated, fake messages left on my cell from a "Brad". This is a big scam. I ordered free tablets and typed in my credit card details for postage. This company has got many branches under different names and they have distributed my details to these branches and I have been charged twice by two different companies on my credit card. I ordered a $9.95 DVD from Mike Collins/Rehablist.com. With the order, I supposedly had a free30-day trial access to a program entitled REO Gold. This name is the same to another program entitled REO Gold that deals with foreclosure information. I contacted the number in the billing and informed the representative that I was billed $97/month for a service I did not know I had access to. They asked me send confirmation of when I had cancelled. This is when I discovered it was 2 different companies. It has been 3 days and I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. I purchased 320 sq ft of shaw versalock flooring. this flooring would not lie down evenly as its locking system was defective. I proved this to be true by use of a micrometer and shaws own installation expert concurred with me that there is a problem with the flooring. Bought Manny Paquiao/ Cotto fight tickets in vegas in Aug 2009, the fight was Nov 14, 2009. Paid extra to have the tickets shipped to the house, never came then told they would go straight to the hotel in vegas friday morning one day before the fight, never came then told that evening, never came. The day of the fight we had to go to the venue & try to get our tickets it was unusually difficult and we had spent $3500.00 on the tickets with no tickets to be had.
