In August of 2005 I purchased 11 windows manufactured by Alside out of the eleven 3 had hermetic seal failures. The seals all failed at the same time four years after my purchase. Don't buy Alside Windows the quality of their hermetic seals are poor. There is no charge under the warranty for replacement parts or materials. However, there is a labor charge on each window for removal and installation to replace the defective parts. The labor cost I was quoted for the three windows is $432 dollars. In this apartment complex I pay alot of rent and my tires from my car were stolen, this is the seventh car this month that has happened Im really concerned and scared. Four years ago I purchased 11 windows for my home in Middletown, New York. Mark Four sold and installed the windows, which came with a ten year 100% replacement or repair warranty on the hermetic seals. However, this year three of the seals failed and Mark Four refuses to replace them without cost to me. They want to charge me $432.oo to fix them. Since my windows are under warranty there should be no charge to fix the defective seals. There are 2 tax lien's showing on my credit report that where paid in full in 2001 and 2002. please remove these from my credit report, due to paid in full. I went through a divorce in 2000 and I paid off all the back balances on my social security number(and most of my ex-husbands) 2002. Curbscapes of Atlanta, LLC contracted with me to install cement borders around my flower beds and a small cement platform for my garbage cans. They agreed that they would be responsibe for protecting from damage any underground sprinkler system pipes. This is a scam! Nicole's Saving Advantage promises to send you $50 in gift cards for trying their discount services. You are charged $2.95 for the first month, then $9.95 for each month after that. They promise that after your trial month, you will receive your gift cards. I bought pendant worth $ 250. On returning I got credit receipt.I saw a customer shopping from the same store so I recommended them to use my receipt. They used $144 and remaining $106 was my credit receipt again. Store this time gave me credit receipt on that customer name infact money was mine. These guys took my citizen watch and I had them repair the band and replace the crystal. The band is still in great shape but the calculator ring around the crystal was falling off when I got the watch back, so I sent it back again, this time, the calculator ring was not aligned correctly but instead of paying to ship my watch to New York and back a 3rd time, I decided to live without the full operation of my watch but today the crystal fell out. I recently bought a halloween costume from Costumes, Inc. It was too big and I returned it for a smaller size, got the ticket number they requested I have for returns, and sent it UPS (at my expense) as instructed on their website. They manage Villa de la Montana in North Phoenix. The pool has been green for over a month and has been shut down by the Dept of Health. They have done NOTHING to fix it. The complex is trashy. But yet I get a complaint that I had foil on one window. My landlord is too cheap to get decent blinds and my bedroom faces east and gets hot and bright. I purchased 5 saltwater fish from Pet Supplies Plus, Airport Highway store in Toledo, Ohio. 10-12 days later I noticed ich on these fish. I just moved to miami lakes, the husband recommended OH LA LA salon where i had the worst manicure and pedicure ever in my life.
