I ordered this product in early September, in which Smoking Everywhere charged me $9.95. It was for a 14-day trial. I never received the 14-day trial in the mail and today they have charged me $99+. I have been looking for a direct number to tri star vacums. I bought a vacum from a sales man back in 2005-2006 i moved and misplaced my papers, i figured ok just go on internet and get a number to the company, all i can find is places that sell the parts. I was told the hose and other parts had a life time warrenty all i am finding is you have to buy this part and that part. This is rediculas i recommend to any one not to buy a tri star vaccum. Sitting at the dinner table my daughter pulled a small piece of material from her mouth after taking a drink of her milk, maybe half a centimeter in size. First reaction was to smell the milk to see if it was sour. It was not so I assumed it was ice and I had the refrigerator set too cold. Notified Walmart/Netscape of cancellation of internet dial up service. Naturally business attempted to continue providing service on various scenarios. I declined and individual cancelled service from tech. end. That was three months ago and Walmart/Netscape is continuing to pull money from my account to pay for a service that I no longer have. It gave me an ID number and every thing, but no phone number to call, they asked for cash in order to processes, they say Guaranteed full ACCESS to THE OVER $2, 500, 000.00 MONIES, and $20.00 to be sent as check / CASH / money order, were the things that struck me as this is a SCAM. On a very busy day, I watched them talk three ladies into unnecessary service. The ladies clearly didn't know anything about cars and they took advantage of that. They talked to the men much differently by the way. I saw all three buy air filters and I was close enough to see all the filters were NOT that dirty.
