I went thru the drive thru today as I usually do and placed order. Everytime I go there they take my money first and give me a receipt. Today the cashier took my money but did not give me my change or receipt. She was not going to give it to me until I ask for it and it was right in front of her. My bill was $6.48 and I gave her $7.00. She gave me my food and I had to ask for my change. She picked up the receipt and gave me $.50 in change. The Sears auto service at the Pembroke mall location, Virginia Beach, VA is in total disorganization! A quote for the replacement of two struts was given 17 May 2011 for 243.18. The air bag light began flashing a couple of month ago. I took the van to the dealer who told me there were a problem with the van and that since they weren't sure exactly what was wrong, the entire system would have to be replaced. I ordered the $9.95 Quick Italian language cds, didn't notice the opt-out requirement to NOT receive the free trial expensive Gold Edition. I bought a 2000 Rinker bowrider boat off of him in March 2010. He didn"t have the cover for it. It took him a few months to get it to me. I did receive it & it was the right one.The 4th time i had the boat on the lake the motor blew up. I called several times his company phone & cell phone. Left messeges but no response from him. Why is there a discrepancy with "FARE" charges between conductors from PENN STATION (ZONE 1) TO ZONE 7 with an OP(OFF PEAK ) ZONE 7 to ZONE 3 ticket? They called me almost a year ago stating that they had a buyer for my timeshare, and that once I paid the fee of almost $1800.00, they would send me the contract along with a $5, 000.00 bonus for the 4th of July. When I turned up for appointment at this salon with my Groupon voucher I had a consultation with the stylist after handing in my voucher. Completely lied to us about waterproofing. Quite possibly the biggest ripoff. They charged us 18, 000 to "waterproof" our basement. They basically dug a 12inch trench around the basement floor and put piping in that connects back to a sump pump. The idea is that the water pours under the house, the sump pump dumps it out. This method DOES NOT WORK. My basement has flooded 10+ times severely and about 20+ times as just a little puddle here and there. OHIO STATE WATERPROOFING IS A SCAM. The sales rep for merchant services is a well trained liar. He gave us an analysis on credit card fees & would save us 12.5% per year.
