When I could not access my back office, I tried calling them several times, and I emailed them asking for help. They completely ignored me. This happened April 3, 2009. I CANNOT take the DANB exam (Dental Assisting National Board) in New York State because the state (New York State Education Department) requirements are 3500 hours of dental assisting experience, whether or not you have school educational requirements or on-the-job experience. I have a 2003 200 Optimax Sportjet with 130hrs on it and the motor has blown. After 3 weeks of trying to figure out why the motor broke, it was determined by a Marine Surveyor that a bad casting of the #5 piston was to blame. Contacted Mercury, apparently the manufacturing warranty is for a whole year only. It is no longer a manufacturing issue and the warranty is useless. My truck came with Procomp tires on it. I have always kept the pressure at 50 lbs as recommended. I am a mechanic and have a compressor at home, so it is not a problem. Last year, I was drivinig down a highway when a tire threw the tread. The tire did not blow out. They called 3 hours before scheduled exam to say they have 'technical issues' and can't deliver exams. Their online chat never is on, they take 3 days to answer email and I've been holding 38 minutes in a queue to reschedule.
