These people are liers and theifs they took money that I could not afford to have taken when I called them they said I told they could. I told them I only wanted what was offered for free and no additional shipments were to come to my home. I never reciever any addtional shipments but they said they did send me one additonal shipment. I never got any thing else from them only money stolen. If you are with AT&T and have a Netopia modem in your home and you up grade to Apple OSX 10.6 you will have problems that AT&T will not help. We used Fidelity Debt Solutions based on information we recieved over the phone from them as well as their website which siad that they were featured on several nation morning shows. We paid them for 2 months during which time NO money was disbursed to our creditors and several of the creditors begon collection proceedings. I've had AT&T dsl with no phone line for 4 months now. The first 2 months were plagued with outages and drops, I had my basic modem replaced 3 times and finally the last tech guy that paid a visit, my 4th visit in less than 2 months, gave me a 2wire modem for free.
