I had a problem with the Russ Darrow Kia service department in Waukesha. We took our Kia in for some warranty work. When we picked up the car it was parked three inches from a jutting brick wall and there was a big dent/scratches in the bumper. I received a legit looking document stating I won one million two hundred and fifty thousand dollars recorded in the national Sweepstakes Reporting Network offices. I was requested to send $19.99 for an entry process. This document does not state where this particular sweepstakes winnings is from--just an ID number. I got my glasses from 39 dollar glasses and I could not see very well. When I looked through my old glasses I could tell that there was a difference in the lenses. When I called customer service they were more than happy to help me with my problem. They sent me a pre-paid envelope to send the glasses back and were happy to make a new pair for me. I tried free MSGTAG and was impressed so purchased it. A couple of weeks after that it stopped working. I tried various remedies -- all unsuccessful. Successive emails to MSGTAG support were always non-deliverable. After a few months, I tried again and in April 2011, upgraded to the latest version and they took my $29.95 like lightning. A couple of weeks after that, MSGTAG stopped working and no matter how many times I try to get support, emails are declined. I already had my doubts when I visited the website, but they were the only site that had the particular shoes that I wanted, so I decided to give it a try. Found three pairs that I loved, but ordered only one pair to see how things would go. I could always order the others if the delivery went well. Long story short: this site is definitely a scam. We bought used tires for our Mazda Truck at daniela's tire shop, Once we got home we notice the tires were not the right size or for our model truck. On the tire it says for TRAILER SERVICE ONLY, This means they are not safe to have on for cars or trucks! I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back. Today is May 17th. I contacted U-Sell at the end of February to get a quote on my Droid. Their website would not give me a quote, I had to wait and receive it 3 weeks later in the mail. The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information.
