The worst business experience I've ever had. I was told I'd have my engine in 4 weeks. After 3 months and no engine I demanded a refund. I was told I would get a refund right away but I did not. I finally got a partial refund only after filing a complaint with the California Attorney General. I am very dissappointed in the service and quality of the product recieved. The website states that dress will be shipped and recieved within 2-3 weeks of order. They claim that the dresses are made in the USA. I was concerned that the dress would not be recieved in time, they assured me that the dress would be delivered by the 14th of April. Blue ocean whale watch called us 11/2 hours before departure & cancelled the trip due to safe weather concerns. Other boats went out that day and the national weather service said it was safe to go out. The Blue ocean website said they went out on out scheduled trip. As of Aprill 22, 2011, I have a paid in full receipt for a motor I sent to him to be rebuilt in May 2009. I still do not have the motor and he will no longer return phone calls. Judge for yourself This place has limited parking for customers also when browsing cars the space is very limited. Barely open a car door without hitting next. Their building is a small one room shack so very little privacy to discuss your purchase and personal information. The cars themselves are poorly maintained they had to jump start the car just for the test drive. I have purchased 6 cans of butter flake crescent rolls over the past 8 weeks and every can has had shredded rolls upon opening the can. I followed the directions exactly and still had problems with the rolls. I have had to reconstruct each roll prior to shaping them into crescents. They always bake unevenly when I have to reform them into triangles. I have held off complaining because my family loves the rolls when they aren't shredded. I am at my wits end with this product.
