I purchased Northland's top of the line refrigerator almost 18 months ago and it has been the worst consumer experience of my 55 years. Johnny Coleman builders in Southaven MS is the worst builder Ive ever came across. He never graded my backyard properly and now every time it rains i have a pond in my yard for a week. To all of the nursing graduates who are preparing for the NCLEX. RNQuiz.com offers you a membership for $49.95 but the questions they have on there are nothing near the NCLEX type of questions. After 30 minutes I tried to get a refund stating I wasn't happy with the type of questions they had on their website they responded with an automatic message saying they would only give me a refund if I failed the NCLEX. They have many spelling errors which is bothersome. They don't have a phone number listed to contact customer service. And their live chat has no available support person. I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned. He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money. They left us waiting for more than a week not returning phone calls and making all kind of possible and imaginable excuse not to show up. Their work was also not clean with many debries left behind. This company charged us $2, 500 for their advertising services. The service was never delivered, we requested a refund, did everything we were requested according to our contract. They said the refund would come in 1 month, it's been 3 months already. Carlo Pace, the person supposedly in charge of this, stopped answering the phone. Never calls back. Once he told me that the money was on its way, which was a lie. Very bad, unethical company, avoid. Never hire them for your advertising needs. WAM have an inside arrangement with the credit bureaus because they report you first without any evidence and force you to pay the money you might or might not owe. There is no process. You either pay or mess your credit. Even after you pay, your credit is messed up.
