This company after committing fraud on a lot of people, has now disconnected their telephone number. They offered a flat fee refinance of $995, and an appraisal fee of $280. If the loan did not fund, the fees would be returned. Well, many loans did not fund, including mine, and now there is no recourse with the company. I purchased my Jeep in 2007. I am currently on disability and will be going back to work next week and am 1 month behind on my payment. I have spoken to several representatives at Chrysler of my Financial situation and that I do have a job and will be going back to work soon. I was so comfortable talking to him I even offered him dinner and a drink to take with him. The magazine was never delivered. Used Cabot Cement Coat factory applied finish when constructing a new home. Within five years the color has faded to a completely different shade and my beautiful dream home looks awful. My August payment was due 8/1/09. I set up a payment through my bank on 8/31/09. Obviously my bank and your offices are not open for business on a Saturday to process payments. Consequently my payment arrived in your offices on Monday, August 3, 2009. I was subsequently charge a $39 late payment. I feel that the late payment was unjust and wish it reversed. I worked for Abbeys housekeeping for two months. When you call her to get information about a job or ask about your pay check she cusses you out, and tells you to stop wasting her time. I got ripped off also. I got 2 checks one for $95 and 1 for $9, she told me she still owed me 16 dollars and it would be in my next check. Having Direct TV installed they damages the brinks on my house, which a damage claim was paid. After a second issue of damage to the bricks on my house from an additional room was installed from the independent contractor Direct Sat they are now telling me that one damage claim needs to cover both separate damages. When I bought the bed from Factory Direct in Tukwila, WA along with buying the product, they offered a $500.00 gift card. We were asked to go to claimyourgroceries.com. I went to that website and was able to print the monthly voucher. You need to send the voucher along with the receipt from the accredited store that you chose the address they provided. I chose Costco and was promised that a gift card will be sent after 4-6 weeks. The first voucer I've sent was last May 12 for April voucher. No gift card was sent until now.
