Farecrawler is a fraud. They quote you a really good price -- much better than you have seen on other sites. You "purchase" your ticket by transmitting your credit card number. Then you get an email saying that they need to do quality checks which will take some time. So the transaction is not completed. I was at k mart on 8/08/09 which was the Iowa tax free weekend. As you can imagine it was qiute busy. When I went to check out kmart decided to upload new software which made all registers to fail. I stood in line for a half an hour before I was able to check out. When it was my turn it took another five to eight minutes of them to check 18 items out. It was ridiculous! Same situation as the others are making complaints about. I filled out loan papers and they said I was approved pending a deposit and then they would tell me they needed more money. Over all I paid them 5, 500. They were going to loan me $40, 000 and the money was to be deposited in to my checking account today.
