I order parts online to be drop shipped overnight from the MFG and had assistance from online chat. Christina from online chat mistakenly entered my email address in as my mailing address. UPS decided to process a reverse address look up. Parts were delivered to incorrect address. Advanced Auto ask me to wait upto 2 weeks to allow UPS to complete their investagation of retreiving shipment. Unacceptable. Search this site for OBsneakers.com and you will see all the complaints piling up. They are changing their domain names to keep customers from seeing all the bad press. I submitted an invention on August 5, 2010. The invention was a package containing 10 garbage bags to be placed in a can at one time. Each time you use one bag the other bags would remain in place for the next use. I saw a commercial on May 7, 2011 for that same idea. I have account verification numbers to prove that idea was submitted to Invent Help on August 5, 2010.

I confronted [email protected] by email on September 14 2010, asking him if he intended to continue his online activities.I did not receive a reply.
I confronted his employer by email at three different Tristone email addresses on September 17 2010, telling him that I was holding him responsible.No reply.The phone number that was listed at their website as their after hours contact number was deleted from the front of their webpage, as was Mr.Memoli's profile.It was an obvious attempt at a cover up.And damage control.

On April 20, I purchased a bus ticket for my sister to travel from Battle Creek, Michigan to Southfield, Michigan. First of all, I can not understand why Greyhound charges an $18 guest fee to the person paying for the ticket. What difference does this make! I was simply paying for someone's ticket, which happens all the time(e.g meals, airline tickets, clothes etc.) This is a big rip off, and apparently something Greyhound feels that they can get away with!!! My 85 year father has been hounded by Liberty International Financial Services, Inc agent Daniel Padz (or Paez). Dad was at our small local bank making preparations to wire $30, 000 to invest in silver when the banker convinced him to think about this overnight. I placed two orders and both were total disasters...customer service at brighter blooms has been ugly... they did not deliver the product ordered and then gave me a total run around.. when the product came it was in poor condition... This place is a total rip off...

BUYER BEWARE! Poor experience. I do not recommend purchasing any product from PromGirl.com. There are too many other reputable retailers available. I purchased a $367 prom dress for my daughter and need to return the dress for another size. Problem, I have to pay for return freight. I have to pay for restocking fee. For all practical purposes I am restricted from shopping for a replacement with anyone else because Promgirl.com does not offer refund. An old phrase comes to mind, 'Salt in the Wound."

I was very excited to be purchasing a new Pella door. My new door was supposed to be installed this morning with a crew showing up between 8am - 10am. At 10:30 am we started calling. I have been hearing one excuse after another. It is now after 3pm and I still don't have a crew. I just spoke to my salesperson and he said there was no way they would be able to have a crew finish an install today. My husband and I just wasted a day of vacation each for this.

Drchrono is functionally not useable. They will likely fail unless they step back and Fix the multitude of problems that seem to worsen by the day with this program. Examples include frequent crashes, freezes, lost data, buttons that don’t respond, unreadable mixed up notes and on and on. The positive press is only coming from their company and not really their users. It is the right concept and what doctors are waiting for but very poorly executed. read full review »

I ordered an Antenna for my 1997 Mercedes C280 online fr0m Bimmerspecialsits. The Antenna that I received was a universal model but specified that it would fit a 1984-1992 Mercedes C280 NOT a 1997 Model. Bimmerspecialist s advises that this is my fault as I did not check that the Antenna shipped would fit my car even though the Antenna shipped specifically stated that9it wouldn't. Used QuikRete product number 8620-09 for mortar repair, I used per the instructions on the tube's label. After applying, the product turned into a very soft playdough like feel (it was suppose to become firm) and developed a slime like outer covering. Within a few days it fell off the wall to be repaired. I purchased a tanning package from Alicia on Thursday, Apr 21, 2011. She described a "level 3" tanning bed to me that had "much more UV screening and much safer tanning". She then set up my first tanning session for the maximum tan time of 12 minutes. HORRIBLE! I went to see Dr. Kreidstein a few days ago about a scar. He only spent 5 minutes with me on my consultation appointment, and then told me there's nothing he can do about it. All he recommended was to keep on applying the off-the-counter creams I have already been using prior to seeing him. What a joke. I've never heard of a doctor saying they can't do anything.
