I cancelled my membership with Google right after I paid 1.95 for start up kit's s/h. I never received anything nor did I get a response. on 7/9 I had 2 charges of 21.00 put on my acct for web toolkit. If it hadn't been for me checking my acct every fri online I never would have known and would have overdrafted my acct. I am calling my bank today but what else can I do to get my money back asap. Priceline seem to have provided my credit card details to Great Fun TLG and they are charging me without my approval. This must surely be one of the biggest travel scams right now and surely breaks umpteen laws regarding credit card security. I clicked on a special offer option provided through Priceline.Com. Received a cubic zirconia ring and earrings in the mail along with a letter stating that I have no obligation to buy anything now or in the future, but a new selection will be sent in about 5 to 7 weeks and I will be billed $39.99 plus S & H and taxes for each new piece I decide to keep and if not totally happy with anything, I could return it for a replacement or credit. I never even heard of this company. I immediately called my credit card company and they told me I already had two transactions for $5.99 each from Holsted Jewelers. Checked my E-mail last Friday and found the majority of my inbox messages said " unavailable" all dated 12/31/2069 7:00pm. I had 627 sent messages that stated the same. Spoke with cox and followed their instructions to disconnect this and reconnect that and check this...finally they remotely got in my email on their system and found it was their problem not mine. I have found other people this happened to but there has been no fix or call backs to update me on the status of this HUGE problem. I was billed $16.89 by USBI on behalf of Cheap2Dial on my March 2009 AT&T bill for and then $17.16 on each of the next 3 months phone bills. In total I have been charged $68.37 for service that I did not authorize, utilize, nor need. I took a loan 5 years ago from hfc and i had to evict a tenent because he wasn't paying any rent and i lost 6, 000. This evening I saw three advertisements for mcdonalds coffee in spanish and I am in the US, our language is english. I have traveled over seas to Germany and Turkey and all Mcdonalds are in english but in the United States you advertise in spanish . Are we ashamed to be Americans and english speeking ? Stay Away!! I went for two treatments and had decent experiences. However, I did notice that they had a high nurse turnover rate, and I've had a different nurse each time. The third treatment was HORRIBLE. The nurse was rushing, only did half of an area, and when I complained, she said, "If you walk out they'll still charge you." Which they will. The machanism on our rocker/recliner failed. The mechanism has a lifetime warranty. On the repairman's second visit (wrong part on first visit, even though we furnished them with the model and serial number), he replaced the mechanism in about 1/2 hour and charged us $150 labor.
