Three months ago I purchased this ceiling fan from this company at the Home Depot store. I have consistently called this company and I spoke to a representative. In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service.
