purchased a part from their on line store that was to have a one year warranty, after you get the part and it fails, they tell you that the warranty is no good because you have to have it checked by a certified shop and done by a certified mechanic. I had Gillece come to my house to recharge the refrigeratn in my air conditioning system. When I called the receptionist would not tell me how much it would cost. I thought that was strange. Now I know why. When the technician came to my house he indicated that it would cost 900-1200 dollars - outrageous! I bought a phone at Sam's on 5/30/09 the sales agent stated I could bring the phone back in 30 days for a full refund. I decided to take the phone back and get another phone with more options. Sam's stated that Kiosks has moved from the store and the phones were now being sold by Sam's and they would not let me return the phone. After getting a cleaning and having x-rays taken the dentist told me I needed 3 cavities filled and told me my wisdom teeth must be taken out. My husband had an appointment the same week and the same dentist told him he had 2 cavities. Both of us have had cavities before and knew what they felt like, but neither of us were feeling any pain at all. We did not make appointments to have any of the work done. I purchased 4 new Maytag applainces through Whirlpool, because of a kitchen remodel, on May 12, 2009. They were installed the second week in June. The vented microwave, installed above the stove, did not heat up to cook. The repairman states that the circuit board needs to be replaced, and will take 10 days -2 wks to arrive. In addition, the plate on the microwave, states that it was manufactured in 2006. My intent was to purchase a new product; not one that is already 3 yrs old.
